MCDERMOTT CUE APPOINTS CLAUDE M. NAPIER PRESIDENT AND CEO OF MCDERMOTT CUE

CHICAGO, Ill.—December 9, 2002: Prospect Partners, LLC is pleased to announce that Claude M. Napier has been named by the McDermott Cue Manufacturing Company Board of Directors to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of McDermott Cue. Mr. Napier will be assuming all day-to-day responsibilities for the company, effective today.

Mr. Napier is the former Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Valley-Dynamo, a $40 million manufacturer of coin-operated billiard tables, game tables and billiard cues. Mr. Napier has a financial and operational background with turnaround experience, whose leadership and expertise will be a tremendous asset to McDermott.
