Prospect Partners Completes Recapitalization Of Linkage, Inc.
CHICAGO, Ill.—July 24, 2013: Prospect Partners, LLC, a leading private equity firm investing in smaller lower-middle-market companies, today announced that it has sold its interest in global professional services firm Linkage, Inc., of Burlington, Mass., to an investor group that includes Renovus Capital Partners, Argosy Private Equity, BB&T Capital Partners, and management.
Linkage, a 25-year-old organization development company with offices worldwide, specializes in leadership development and training, working with leaders and leadership teams to build organizations that produce superior results. The company's offering includes strategic consulting on leadership development and talent management topics as well as learning institutes, skill-building workshops, tailored assessment services, and executive coaching. Linkage's flagship event, The Global Institute for Leadership Development ("GILD") is recognized worldwide as a top leadership development program. Since 1988, Linkage has provided training and development services to more than 250,000 leaders from 67 countries. The company's clients represent a wide variety of industries, nonprofits, government agencies, and academic institutions. Major customers include Allstate, Boeing, Coca-Cola, McKesson, Procter & Gamble, and Toyota. Linkage has five offices in the United States, as well as locations in 15 countries throughout Europe, Asia Pacific, South America, the Middle East, and Africa.
