Mr. O'Dell joined Prospect Partners in January 2009. Before that, he was a Vice President at Silver Oak Services Partners, an Evanston, Ill.-based lower-middle-market private equity firm focused on business, consumer and healthcare service industries. At Silver Oak, Mr. O'Dell was actively involved in all aspects of the firm's investment process. Earlier, he worked as an Associate at the private equity investment firm Willis Stein & Partners in Chicago. He also worked as an investment banking analyst at the investment banking firm Harris Williams & Co. in Richmond, Virginia.

Mr. O'Dell serves as a Director of a number of platform companies, including: Kronos Foods, Inc., Gold Star Food Service, Inc., Summit Fire Protection Co., and Tender Products, Inc.

Mr. O'Dell earned a BS from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
