Mr. Bruce V. Rauner

Mr. Rauner is the Principal and Chairman of GTCR Golder Rauner, LLC, of Chicago, Ill., which manages more than $8 billion in private equity and mezzanine capital. Since joining GTCR in 1981, Mr. Rauner has been a leader in building the firm’s outstanding track record.

Mr. Rauner is a director of a number of public and private companies, and also serves on the Board of several non-profit organizations in the Chicago metropolitan area, including: Chicago Public Education Fund, Teacher’s Academy of Math and Science, Ariel Education Initiative, Ravinia Festival and the YMCA.
