Mr. Chawla joined Prospect Partners in 2000 and became a Principal of the Firm in 2004. Before that, Mr. Chawla was with Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation, first in the Investment Banking Department, and later as a Senior Analyst in the M&A Group. He also was a Summer Associate at Gryphon Investors, L.P., a middle market private equity fund.

Mr. Chawla serves as Chairman of Codel Holding Company, Linkage Holdings Corp., and Navix Holdings Corp. He is a Director of a number of platform companies, including: Education Futures Group, LLC, Office Resources, Inc., and Weaver Multimedia Group, Inc. He previously served as a Director of Billiard Brands, Inc., Education Corporation of America and Utility Service Partners, Inc.

Mr. Chawla earned a BS from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
