Chicago, IL. — Prospect Partners (“Prospect”), a leading private equity firm investing in pre-middle market companies, announced that it sold its interest in Minuteman Security Technologies, Inc. (“Minuteman” or the “Company”) of Andover, MA, to Tenex Capital Management.
Minuteman is a premier integrator and service provider of commercial security surveillance, access control, fire systems, and related life-safety technological offerings. The Company provides industry-leading technology solutions to customers in education, healthcare, municipal transportation, law enforcement, and various other commercial end-markets.
