As part of this transaction, Prospect Partners and the CHS management team invested into five Neighborly® franchisee brands – Aire Serv®, Mr. Electric®, Glass Doctor®, Molly Maid®, and Five Star Painting® – to establish a comprehensive home services platform providing HVAC, electric, and other services.
