New Platform
Extera Building Solutions is a premium exterior facility services platform focused on providing commercial customers with roofing, masonry, and a range of other building envelope solutions.
Exited Platforms
We sold our interest in Central States HVAC Solutions, an HVAC distribution and services platform focused on providing commercial customers with top quality, turnkey products and services in 2024.
We sold our interest in Bland Landscaping Company, which provides a comprehensive suite of premium landscaping maintenance and enhancement services to commercial clients across North and South Carolina in 2024.

Prospect Partners: Promotions
Mike McInerney joined Prospect Partners in 2015 and was promoted to Partner in 2025. He has been heavily involved with Prospect’s investments in platforms such as All Glass & Windows, Central States HVAC Solutions, Entech Computer Services and Extera Building Solutions.
Kyle Slovis joined Prospect Partners in 2020 as an Associate and was promoted to Vice President in 2025. Kyle has played a key role in executing numerous acquisitions and exit transactions since joining Prospect and has been heavily involved with Prospect’s investments in platforms such as CCS, Central States HVAC Solutions, and Extera Building Solutions.
