Associate

Spencer joined Prospect Partners in 2025 as an Associate. He sources and executes transactions and manages select portfolio company relationships.

Previously, Spencer was an Investment Banking Analyst within Lincoln International’s Business Services Group in Chicago.

Spencer holds a B.S.B.A. from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. A Chicago native, he (regrettably) remains loyal to the Cubs, Bears and Bulls, and is a devoted Arsenal F.C. fan. Outside the office, Spencer enjoys running, cooking, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
